How to Bid
New to online silent auctions? Here's everything you need to know to get started.
Getting Started
Click Register to Bid and fill in your name, email, and a password. Your account will be approved by the auction administrator — usually within a few hours.
Once your account is approved, browse all available items. You can see photos, descriptions, current bid amounts, and how much time is left on each item.
Click on any item and enter your bid amount — it must be at least the minimum shown. Your bid is a binding commitment to purchase if you win. You can bid on as many items as you like.
If someone outbids you, you'll get an email notification right away so you can come back and bid again. Check your email regularly during the auction!
When the auction closes, winners receive an email with payment instructions. Payment is typically due within 48 hours. The auction organizer will arrange item pickup or delivery.
