1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account and participating in any auction hosted on FV Auction (fvauction.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Bidding & Winning

• All bids placed are legally binding commitments to purchase the item at the bid price.
• The highest bidder at auction close is the winner and is obligated to complete payment.
• Bids cannot be retracted once placed.
• Anti-sniping rules apply — bids placed in the final 2 minutes will extend the auction timer.
• FV Auction reserves the right to disqualify bids or bidders at its discretion.

3. Payment

• Winners will be notified by email with payment instructions upon auction close.
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours of winning notification unless otherwise specified.
• Payment methods are specified by the auction organizer and may include Interac e-transfer, cash, or other methods.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension and the item being offered to the next highest bidder.

4. Item Descriptions

Item descriptions and photos are provided by the auction organizer. FV Auction makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of item descriptions. All items are sold as-is. Please review item details carefully before bidding.

5. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
• Accounts are subject to approval by the auction administrator before bidding is permitted.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. Privacy

Your personal information (name, email, phone) is collected for the purpose of facilitating auction participation and winner notification. This information is shared with the auction organizer and is not sold to third parties. By registering, you consent to receiving email notifications related to your auction activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

FV Auction provides a platform for conducting silent auctions and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. All disputes regarding items or payments are between the bidder and the auction organizer. FV Auction's liability is limited to the fees paid for platform use.

8. Changes to Terms

FV Auction reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
